As shown above, four board terms expire in 2012 and added slots may be open for substitute or replacement election; all seated board members are eligible to run for re-election, and field nominations will be accepted through January 15. If the number of interested candidates is equal to the number of available positions, no formal election will be held and all will be appointed. Run off elections are conducted only if warranted by candidate interest.
